Innovative Office Suites to Cultivate Small Business and Entrepreneurial Community in Hilliard

INDIANAPOLIS – A new Elevate Office Suites is planned for the City of Hilliard, Ohio, marking the next expansion development outside of Indiana for the innovative office suites company. The Elevate Hilliard project would centrally locate more than 150 small businesses and entrepreneurs, and is an $8.2 million investment in the community. The proposed development would be located on the northwest corner of Britton Parkway and Davidson Road.
Local Construction and Development Firm Hires VP of Construction

INDIANAPOLIS – Envoy, Inc. announced the addition of Jonathan White, as Vice President of Construction, as well as the hiring of Kaitlin Jager as Marketing Administrator and the promotion of Drew Kelly to Vice President of Real Estate and Brad Untrauer to Development Manager. The expansion of the Envoy team comes on the heels of several recently announced projects and the upcoming roll-out of a new office suites product.

Envoy, Inc. selected as construction manager and development advisor; Kimley-Horn as engineer INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Together with Central Indiana Orthopedics, Envoy, Inc. announced an agreement for the construction management and development of MedTech Park located on 37 acres in northeastern Fishers. Construction on phase one of the planned development could begin as early as April, with pre-construction bids for the infrastructure improvements already in progress.

Drawing Up Brownsburg's New Downtown

by Tim Evans, Indy Star Work begins this spring on the first phase of a major redevelopment project town officials hope will create Brownsburg’s new “downtown.” The public-private project involving the town and three developers will transform a section of North Green Street (Ind. 267) into “a pedestrian-friendly, vibrant, economic center,” said town manager Grant Kleinhenz.

Envoy Team Member Participates in Cops & Kids Program

We are proud of one of our own, Dustin S. Yancey, for participating in the Cops & Kids Program in Anderson, Indiana. This year, the program helped 75 children get $100 worth of Christmas presents each. The children went shopping with officers from the Anderson Police Department at the local Walmart store.
Envoy Selected as CM on Revamp of Broad Ripple Steakhouse Building

We are honored and excited to be selected CM on this awesome project happening in Broad Ripple. Located at Westfield Boulevard and Winthrop Avenue, the building once served as Broad Ripple Steakhouse but is about to undergo major renovations to attract a new restaurant to the space. The smaller structure on Winthrop will be demolished an office building will take its place.
Another Entrepreneur Moves to The Edge: The Borrowed Boutique

Two years ago, founder and CEO of The Borrowed Boutique Emma Hostetter was a stay-at-home mom. Today, her rental service for high-end and special-occasion children's clothing brings in $15k a month. Hostetter started her rental service through a Facebook page, but now she is leasing a space at The Edge in Fishers, IN, and is working with Fishers-based Sticksnleaves to develop a custom inventory-management system and e-commerce tools for the business. Although most of The Borrowed Boutique's revenue is generated by out-of-state customers, Hostetter plans to expand the business locally by offering services like fittings, pick-ups, and drop-offs.
