Carmel Fire Department Headquarters and Museum Project Officially Underway

CARMEL, IN – The new Carmel Fire Department headquarters and museum project is officially under construction. Officials from Clay Township, the City of Carmel, and Carmel Fire Department, together with project partners, celebrated the groundbreaking of the transformational project on Veterans Way in Midtown Carmel—the original home of the Carmel Fire Department.
Arts for Lawrence Visual Communications Building's Historic Move

Earlier this month (August 2020), Envoy and project partners took part in a historic move to kick-off the next phase of the Arts for Lawrence’s Fort Ben Cultural Campus redevelopment. With renovations to the existing Theater at the Fort building already completed, the relocation of a decommissioned historic building to the campus was the next step. The building is slated to become a visual arts facility and was relocated near the Theater at the Fort.
Envoy Announces Safe Haven Baby Box Sponsorship Program

INDIANAPOLIS - In 2014, Baby Amelia became the last deceased infant found from illegal abandonment in the state of Indiana. Since then, a resource derived from the Safe Haven Law, Safe Haven Baby Boxes have become a resource for women in crisis to ensure a safe surrender of their baby. To make this resource more widely available across Indiana and surrounding states, Envoy Companies announced today a historic partnership with Safe Haven Baby Boxes to sponsor future baby boxes in all fire station projects to ensure Baby Amelia is the last infant found from an unsafe surrender.
Luxury Apartments and Mixed-Use Community Underway in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, IN – Southern Indiana’s first live-work-play community is officially under construction in Clarksville, Indiana. Nestled along the river with a view of the Louisville skyline, Bolt + Tie features luxury apartments, restaurant space, office suites, micro-commercial studios, and shared live-work amenities. The community plans to open in the spring of 2021 with pre-leasing starting this fall.

Locally owned and operated, the expansion is planned for the Spark Apartments mixed-use building, developed and constructed by Envoy, Inc., and improvements are currently underway.

The redevelopment project includes renovations to the existing Theater at the Fort, as well as the renovation and relocation of a historic building for the creation of a visual arts facility.
