Spark Apartments Is Now Leasing In The Nickel Plate District

September 13, 2018

FISHERS, IN – Envoy announced today that Spark Apartments is now leasing the first phase of modern apartment homes in the heart of the Nickel Plate District. Currently under construction, the completion of phase one includes all community shared spaces and the first 33 units. Residents can expect to move-in this November.

“We are very excited to bring this unique entrepreneurial apartment-home concept to Fishers—an already vibrant ecosystem,” said Scott Baldwin, President at Envoy Companies. “Residents of Spark can expect the utmost in luxurious amenities, thoughtful community spaces, and design-studio-worthy apartments.”

“Spark Apartments is a creative project designed specifically for the Fishers community, and we are excited to see it develop from concept to reality,” said Mayor Scott Fadness, City of Fishers. “As we know, it takes a village to foster the entrepreneurial spirit; this collaboration takes those efforts a step further.”

Spark Apartments is a collection of 211 luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, including 11 office/studio units with live-work options located at Lantern Road and North Street. Built for the active resident with a passion for life and an entrepreneurial spirit, Spark is tucked between the Fishers municipal complex near the Nickel Plate District Trail and the Fishers Tech Park—home to Launch Fishers and the Indiana IoT Lab.

“Spark was designed for the inspired professional with amenities to enhance our residents’ lives,” said Baldwin. “A working professional that chooses to live at Spark can work remotely from the co-working space, hold meetings in one of the three high-tech conference rooms, or pitch a new concept at the presentation station all without leaving the building.”

The 11 office/studio units, a new apartment-home concept in central Indiana, offer 925 sq. ft. of street-facing, office/studio/work space with optional living space. With large store-front glass and prominent signage, these units are ideal for small business owners, budding artists, entrepreneurs, or anyone with a passion for pursuing their dreams.

Life at Spark isn’t all work. Residents can stay healthy at Spark with amenities like an enclosed courtyard walking trail (1/10 of a mile loop), direct connection to the Nickel Plate Trail, cardio room and weight room, and secure indoor bike storage. Or, make the most of the downtime with a park-style courtyard setting that includes a saltwater pool with in-pool chaise loungers and cabanas, fire pit lounge, and a grill area with high top tables and outdoor TV.
