The suites provide all-inclusive amenities, low overhead and high impact results for entrepreneurs, small businesses and the community at large.

Elevate Westerville is a 36,000 sf office suites building located in Westerville, Ohio. This is the second stand-alone Elevate Office building and third location in the Elevate Office line. The building is comprised of 151 office suites offering the same all-inclusive amenities, high-end interior design and finishes and energetic atmosphere empowering both entrepreneurs and small businesses alike.

Located at the corner of 116th Street and Lantern Road in downtown Fishers, The Edge has office and retail tenants, including Community Health Network, Progressive EyeCare, The Well Coffeehouse, The Escape Room and The Borrowed Boutique.

The Lofts At Union Street

The Lofts @ Union Street is a 38,000 sf building located in downtown Kokomo. The Lofts bring Kokomo its first upscale urban apartment community. Comprised of 35 loft-style apartments and a 400-space parking garage, The Lofts @ Union Street include high-end amenities, roof-top views, and secured building access. The Lofts are within walking distance to shopping, dining, sports, and entertainment, adding to the urban, modern feel of Kokomo’s revitalized downtown district. The project was completed in August 2015.

Artillery Stable

Adaptive Reuse 

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana in the historic district of Fort Benjamin Harrison (Lawrence), the Artillery Stable was a 9,200 square foot interior renovation for the new headquarters of Envoy Companies. Originally built in 1909, the building was used to store ammunition and also served as a mule barn for the U.S. Army. The interior improvements were a complete overhaul with new private offices, high-tech conference rooms, restrooms, light fixtures, ceilings, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Special care was given to preserve the original concrete and wood flooring and structural wood columns. The original hayloft door opening was also celebrated by installing a large storefront opening that overlooks parts of the Fort.
