Cathedral High School Innovation Center

Envoy partnered with Cathedral High School to deliver a 46,000+ square foot Innovation Center that enhances the student experience through state-of-the-art STEM classrooms, a redesigned cafeteria and servery, a modern spirit shop, and collaborative learning spaces. With over 40 years of experience in occupied school construction, Envoy expertly phased the project to ensure student safety and minimize disruptions to learning. Leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), our team streamlined coordination and construction while the campus remained fully operational. This project exemplifies how Envoy helps Indiana schools modernize their facilities while staying focused on students.
