Introducing Duane Geiger, Envoy's New Chief Financial Officer

At Envoy, we believe that building the right team is one of the most important investments we can make. As our company continues to grow and expand the services we provide, we're excited to welcome Duane Geiger, CPA, as our new Chief Financial Officer.

Duane joins Envoy with more than four decades of executive financial leadership experience, bringing a proven track record of helping organizations navigate growth, improve operations, and build strong financial foundations. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles across construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and publicly traded companies, leading organizations through periods of transformation while developing high-performing teams and long-term strategies.

His experience includes leading strategic financial planning, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations, and operational improvements. Beyond the numbers, Duane is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing people—qualities that align closely with Envoy's culture and core values.

Before joining Envoy, Duane most recently served as Vice President of Financial Services for Thieneman Construction, where he was brought in to build a high-performing finance team and prepare the company for accelerated growth.

Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Lenex Steel and Wabash Steel, Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, and Steak n Shake, where he helped lead significant financial and operational initiatives ranging from ERP transformations to strategic expansion and business process improvements.

As Envoy continues to grow, Duane's leadership will play an important role in helping us strengthen our financial strategy, support smart decision-making, and position the company for the future. His addition reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in experienced leaders who share our vision for serving clients with excellence and building lasting relationships.
