“We make sure the right people have access to Procore so they can see exactly what’s happening,” White says. “We send out meeting agendas ahead of time, and each project has a dedicated Project Executive who keeps communication flowing between our team and the client. It keeps everything organized and issues resolved quickly.”

“It’s about owning the issue,” White says. “We accept responsibility, present options to the people who can make decisions, and once a direction is chosen, we follow through.”

“Outbuild is great because it shows us exactly where we stand,” White says. “If something slips, it tells us what needs to happen to get back on schedule.”
