Central Indiana Orthopedics’ MedTech Park in Fishers Moves Forward
Envoy, Inc. selected as construction manager and development advisor; Kimley-Horn as engineer
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Together with Central Indiana Orthopedics, Envoy, Inc. announced an agreement for the construction management and development of MedTech Park located on 37 acres in northeastern Fishers. Construction on phase one of the planned development could begin as early as April, with pre-construction bids for the infrastructure improvements already in progress.

Our vision remains the same, build a more efficient space for our doctors and staff, allowing us to continue offering comprehensive care and specialized care to our patients.”
First announced in July of 2016, MedTech Park will include a 50,000 sq. ft. state-of the-art medical-office facility—home to Central Indiana Orthopedics—on the southwest portion of the campus. The development will also boast additional medical office developments and amenities to attract young, bright talent to the community, including infrastructure improvements, active greenspace and trail connectivity.

As construction manager and development advisor, Envoy, Inc. will work closely with Central Indiana Orthopedics and the City of Fishers to ensure successful realization of the overall vision for MedTech Park. Phase one, consisting of Central Indiana Orthopedics’ new medical facility, will begin construction this spring, and will set the bar for the high-quality development expected for future phases of the technology-focused medical campus.
