Local Construction and Development Firm Hires VP of Construction

INDIANAPOLIS – Envoy, Inc. announced the addition of Jonathan White, as Vice President of Construction, as well as the hiring of Kaitlin Jager as Marketing Administrator and the promotion of Drew Kelly to Vice President of Real Estate and Brad Untrauer to Development Manager. The expansion of the Envoy team comes on the heels of several recently announced projects and the upcoming roll-out of a new office suites product.

As Vice President of Construction, Jonathan White will lead the construction management team and continue Envoy’s focus towards delivering high-quality projects in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective way. White, a Purdue graduate, relocated from California where he most recently worked for Hensel Phelps Construction Company as Design Manager.

Also announced, Drew Kelly has been promoted to Vice President of Real Estate. Formerly, the Director of Real Estate with Realty Qwest, a subsidiary of Envoy, Inc., Kelly is responsible for site selection, leasing, and retail development for Envoy. He is a resident of Indianapolis and holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Brad Untrauer was promote to Development Manager and will work closely with development partners, municipalities, and vendors throughout the development process. Untrauer, a Miami University graduate, has managed over $100M in development projects since joining Envoy in 2014.

Also hired, Kaitlin Jager is the new Marketing Associate for Envoy, and works closely with the construction and development teams. Jager is a graduate of the University of Findlay, and will spearhead branding and graphic design efforts.
